PROGRESS SUMMARY AS OF 11/10/23

• 33 units turned by mid-November with another 8 planned by end of 2023. There have been 18 new move ins at or above market rate, 3 boilers replaced with 4 more scheduled for install by end of 2023. Parking lot resurfacing was completed and looks stunning. Landscaping install phase 1 completed. There are 19 of 36 exterior/common area doors replaced with 12 new entryway canopies. This complex is really transforming!

• Mechanicals - Boilers - 2 boilers replaced and 10 cleaned & inspected 
• Mechanicals - Plumbing - Several leaks stabilized including underground repairs/supply replacements
• Mechanical - Laundry - All 24 machines replaced with electronic reader units 
• Commons - Hallways painted, LED lighting, 19 entry doors completed
• Commons - Entry Doors - 19 currently being replaced on or before 6/23 
• Hallway flooring - Quotes in process for August replacement
• Entryway redesign - All 12 overhangs rebuilt 
• Landscaping - Clean up/tear out with entryway beds installed
• Landscaping - Picnic area materials/design to be finalized by Q4 2023 for install Q2 2024
• Asphalt - full parking/drive replacement completed
• Unit Turns - we'll be completing #27- #33 in September 2023
• Commons - Hallway flooring planned for October 2023
• Rebranding - New sign installed Tinkers Creek is now called Creekside
